Refund policy

MeowPen returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email meowwpenn@gmail.com with your order number before sending your item back. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

The buyer pays return shipping. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
